shipping and exchange policy

Shipping

Our metal art is shipped anywhere within the continental United States.

Shipping charges are determined by the size, weight and destination of your order.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we do not offer International Shipping.

What is your refund policy?

We work hard to make you happy so please work with us.

If, for ANY REASON, you are not happy with your non-customized piece, contact us immediately at info@iheartmetalart.com.  Within 30 days from the date you received the item, return it to us so we can issue a full refund minus the cost of return shipping.

Items must be returned in unused and undamaged condition.  Please try and return the item in its original packaging.

Custom pieces are non-refundable

What is considered a “Custom” piece?

We consider a piece “custom” when you design, tailor and personalize the piece on our website by choosing and adding letters or numbers.  Items where you only choose the color, are not considered “custom”.

What if my piece was damaged during shipping?

If your piece was damaged during shipping, please contact us within 10 days of receiving the damaged item so we can work with you and our shipping carrier to resolve the issue.  You must keep the damaged item and all packaging.  We will need that for your damaged package claim.

Refunds are at the sole discretion of I Heart Metal Art, Inc and may be denied for any reason.

Ultimately, we want to you to “Heart Metal Art” and be our customer for life so please contact us if there are any issues and we will try and make it right.
